Brandon Hermansky is a partner and licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at Private Money Funding, where he oversees loan origination, underwriting, and servicing operations across a high-volume portfolio of private and commercial real estate loans.

With over 20 years of experience building and scaling companies across finance, hospitality, and wellness, Brandon brings deep operational expertise and an investor-focused mindset to PMF.

He has managed lending volume exceeding $20 million annually while ensuring strict compliance with state and federal regulations. Prior to PMF, Brandon founded and led multiple successful ventures, including RCH Wellness Group, where he oversaw operations and compliance for up to 150 employees. His background spans strategic planning, financial oversight, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
