A native Arizonan, Doug Daly is the founder and managing member of the Daly Law Firm, where he has spent nearly two decades advising clients on complex regulatory, real estate, and business matters. His practice is deeply rooted in state regulatory compliance and real estate law, with extensive experience guiding investors, developers, and operators through acquisition, development, and long-term asset strategy in highly regulated environments.

Throughout his career, Daly has overseen state and local regulatory compliance across multiple industries, with a particular emphasis on real estate investment, land use, zoning, licensing, and operational compliance. He has been directly involved in real estate transactions for nearly two decades, including property acquisitions, lease negotiation, site selection, entitlement strategy, and risk mitigation for both commercial and mixed-use assets.
